Formula Commons is a free library of templates, tutorials, and a daily newsletter for people building their own knowledge systems. Use it, copy it, adapt it. Don't resell it, and don't use our email list or forms for anything abusive.

Who we are

Formula Commons is operated by Zhenia Vasiliev. By using formulacommons.com, blog.formulacommons.com, or subscribing to our emails, you agree to these terms.

Free resources

Templates, setups, prompts, and formulas published here are free for personal and professional use. You may copy, modify, and share them. You may not sell them, or repackage them as your own product. Attribution is appreciated but not required.

Newsletter

When you subscribe, you agree to receive the Formula Daily newsletter and occasional announcements from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We only send to addresses that were entered on our own forms; see the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Please use your own email address. Signing up other people, using disposable addresses to abuse the download gate, or automating our forms is not allowed and may result in removal.

Articles, videos, and other original content are © Zhenia Vasiliev unless stated otherwise. You may quote or link to them freely. Third-party tools mentioned (Google Sheets, Obsidian, Claude, Anki, and others) belong to their respective owners and have their own terms.
